We have remediated and restored the most extreme water damage cases in the past years and have created a fail proof water damage restoration process that can easily be customized based on your property and it’s materials. Our water extraction, drying and restoration process follows theses steps:

Assessment Of Damages

After we receive your emergency water damage call, we will immediately send a team of certified water restoration technicians to your property. Upon arrival, the technicians will conduct an initial assessment of the damages. During this step, the technicians will outline the damages and the specific techniques needed to perform the repairs. The technicians will also take photos of all of the damages for both our records and for your insurance adjuster.

Water Extraction

Once The technicians finish the initial walk through, they will quickly begin extracting the standing or excess water. This step is extremely important and if skipped, the water can cause extreme structural damages, mold growth, or insect infestations. During this step, we will also remove any unsalvageable items that have been damaged by the water loss.

Structural Drying

After nearly all of excess water is removed, the technicians will begin the drying process. This is the most important step in the water damage restoration process and it should never be cut short or over looked. If the affected areas are dried improperly, secondary damages will occur in the future, and in many cases, these damages will not be covered by the insurance company. The drying process may take hours to days (or in extreme cases - weeks) to complete depending on the scope of the water loss and type of material needed to dry. During this process, we will also be documenting the drying process getting all materials back to it's dry standard, usually between 10-15% water content.

Once all affected areas are dried, the technicians will begin cleaning all areas affected by the water. The technicians will use specialized cleaning agents and disinfectants to completely clean and sanitize the areas.

Repairs & Restoration

After all of the previous steps have been completed, Liberty Restoration's technicians will restore and repair all damages caused by the water loss. This will include replacing drywall, baseboards, flooring, carpets, cabinets and other damaged items.
